Pool Entertainment Area

This project involved the full demolition of the existing structure to create a modern, functional, and visually striking outdoor entertainment zone. The new steel structure features a full monotone epoxy-painted finish, paired with a Colorbond roof and heritage-style gutters that complement the station’s rural character.

The space has been fully upgraded with merbau timber feature walls and mini-orb cladding, creating a warm yet contemporary aesthetic. An integrated kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor laundry make the area highly practical, perfect for everyday use and ideal for hosting visitors to the station.

Around the pool, carefully selected fencing provides a see-through effect, maintaining an open, uninterrupted connection to the surrounding landscape while ensuring safety and compliance. This area now serves as a premium all-weather entertaining area.

Homestead

The homestead underwent a complete interior demolition to allow for a more functional and family-focused design. Previously divided into two separate sections, we engineered and installed a structural opening through the dividing wall to create a seamless flow between the bedrooms and the main living areas.

This transformation has re-established the property as a traditional family homestead, enhanced with modern country finishes throughout. New bathrooms, a contemporary kitchen, and a spacious butler’s pantry bring convenience and comfort while preserving the warm, rural charm expected of a station home.

Guest House - Out-House Villa – Workers Quarters

The guest house located at the rear of the station received a full interior refurbishment. Structural repairs were carried out to restore integrity to the original cottage, followed by fresh interior and exterior paintwork that revived its character. New flooring, updated kitchen cabinetry, and a refreshed bathroom have made the space inviting and fully functional once again.

The workers quarters also received a refurbishment, with the communal area receiving a fresh coat of paint, new floors and the installation of a new bathroom, toilet and laundry room. The perfect space for contract workers.

Set just off to the side of the homestead, the Out-House Villa has also been revitalised. With cosmetic upgrades and essential repairs, it now offers a comfortable and stylish space, ideal for visiting family members, or those special guests spending time on the station.
