    We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in a secure, ongoing position. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, suited to someone who can take ownership of site operations, lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

    With a wide variety of residential, rural and remote projects, this position offers the opportunity to travel throughout the Top End and work in some of Australia’s most unique locations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise day-to-day site operations and project delivery

    • Lead and manage crews, trades and subcontractors

    • Coordinate materials, deliveries and remote site logistics

    • Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with compliance requirements

    • Maintain quality workmanship and ensure project timelines are met

    • Communicate clearly with management on progress, planning and challenges

    • Problem-solve on site and keep projects running smoothly

    What Success Looks Like

    • Projects delivered on schedule with minimal supervision required

    • Clean, safe and compliant sites maintained at all times

    • Trades and subcontractors managed efficiently and professionally

    • High-quality builds completed to ACC standards

    Non-Negotiables

    • Comfortable running rural and remote construction projects

    • Confident reading plans and specifications

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors firmly but respectfully

    • Highly organised, reliable and accountable

    • Safety-focused with a high standard of workmanship

    • Proven experience in project and site management

    • Strong communication and decision-making skills

    • Ability to coordinate multiple moving parts and work under pressure

    • Professional attitude and pride in delivering quality work
